SUNDAY: Check out the scene at Venice Beach. Spot a celebrity or two on Rodeo Drive. Take a walk down the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Explore the La Brea Tar Pits or Getty Center. Or spend the day at one of L.A.'s world-famous theme parks.

MONDAY: Come see why so many people end up leaving their hearts in this city by the Bay. It's a place where little cable cars rise up steep hills to reveal magnificent vistas and winding streets meander past candy-colored Victorian homes. With so many sights you may want to plan a few extra days to take it all in.
NCL Excursion: VIEWS OF SAN FRANCISCO -- Take in the jewels of the City by the Bay on this half day discovery of the “the City.” From the pier, travel west passing fisherman’s wharf en route to view the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. Here you pause at the Golden Gate Bridge Welcome Center which offers excellent views of the bridge and informative information and representations of the bridge’s history and engineering. The ample shop offers souvenirs and books memorializing the city and bridge structure. From the Golden Gate to Land’s End, where the city meets the sea. At Lands’ End, enjoy views over the Pacific Ocean while the nearby modern visitors center offers Indoor exhibits and videos on the natural and cultural history of the Land's End area, Sutro Baths and Sutro Heights. From the coast, drive along the Great Highway to Golden Gate Park on the way to one of the city’s numerous hills, Twin Peaks. At 922 and 904 feet, respectively, South Peak and North Peak are the second- and third-highest hills in San Francisco. Enjoy postcard views over the entire bay from the viewpoint here before beginning the route back to the water’s edge passing a number of historic neighborhoods and buildings before arriving to the pier.

From Carne Asada marinated in guajillo chiles and tequila, to Tres Leches Cake with Coconut Cream, the chefs at Los Lobos focus on unique flavor combinations.

WEDNESDAY: Roam the spacious lawns of stunning Butchart Gardens with its exotic flora, unusual topiary and exquisite fountains. Explore historic Bastion Square, the treasures of Chinatown and the many sights and sounds to be found along the boardwalk of the Inner Harbour.
NCL Excursion: BC BITES & SIGHT - Discover why Victoria is so revered for its cuisine through inspired tastings and admire the gorgeous scenery while traveling between venues. The exact restaurants will be chosen the day of the excursion, but you can expect to visit Victoria’s trendiest, most characteristic ones. James Bay, the city’s oldest neighborhood, is nearly surrounded by water so chances are you will be treated to seafood after strolling the boardwalk at Fisherman’s Wharf. Fish and chips is always a favorite option but the day’s fresh catch could offer something entirely different. A ferry will bring you to the upper harbor, where you will find Chinatown, which is the oldest such neighborhood in Canada. The variety of cuisines is remarkable and includes Cantonese, Szechuan and Chinese street food. You will also be treated to a craft beer or cocktail sampling in the Bastion Square area of Old Town. The square looks out over the picturesque inner harbor.

THURSDAY: Positioned between the snow-dusted North Shore Mountains and the rich, blue waters of the Pacific Ocean, Vancouver blends big-city sophistication with small-town charm. Don't miss Queen Elizabeth Park – a 130-acre civic arboretum accented with sculptures by modern artist Henry Moore.

FRIDAY: Vancouver offers every imaginable big-city attraction. Explore the Museum of Anthropology, the Vancouver Art Museum for culture and the historic Gastown district.
NCL Excursion: VANCOUVER CITY TOUR ENDING AT
AIRPORT - Join this scenic tour of Vancouver and discover why it was chosen to host the 2010 Winter Olympics. Departing the cruise pier, you’ll head into the heart of downtown, a bustling urban environment surrounded by water and mountains. This tour will pass by the popular Gastown District, home to the antique-style Gastown Steam Clock that whistles to tell the time. You will also pass by Vancouver’s vibrant and historic Chinatown, the second largest in North America, before arriving at Stanley Park. Stanley Park is where the locals come to relax and play and considered one of Canada’s most beautiful national historic sites. The park is larger than New York City’s Central Park and home to old growth trees plus a spectacular display of First Nation Totem Poles. You’ll have some free time to discover Stanley Park and take photos of the North Shore Mountain Range rising just outside of the city before concluding your tour at the Vancouver International Airport.
